  • Research is at the heart of The Evolve Trust and we expect staff to be committed to improve their teaching practice and skills and expertise in their individual areas. Our research library supports this, together with the excellent professional development programme in place for teachers and leaders.

The Evolve Trust has 4 strategic objectives, listed below, and by meeting these we will do amazing things for the young people, their families, and the community we serve. Help us to achieve our goals.

 

  • To raise attainment and continually improve pupil progress through increasing the quality of provision in all our schools.
  • Staff engage in professional development activities that enable them to flourish and demonstrate impact on teaching and learning.
  • Developing new partnerships to provide further opportunities for our pupils and staff and to ensure the Trust remains a “capacity giver” to the wider community.
  • To build a strong infrastructure which is financially viable and sustainable.
