The Evolve Trust and our three Academies; Brunts, Beech and Bramble have been awarded the prestigious ‘Leading Aspect Award’ in January 2017. The team of people led by Michael Lucas (Director of School Improvement) completed a validation day probing in to our relentless drive to support our disadvantaged pupils through high quality continuous professional learning.
The Evolve Trust was awarded the Joining the Dots Award 2017 for demonstrating a strategic approach to careers and enterprise education across a multi-academy trust, including commitment from trustees, as well as careers and enterprise plans that link to school improvement plans. The Evolve Trust is committed to career and enterprise education and believes careers and enterprise education has an impact on social mobility.
The Governor Mark, a quality standard for School Governing Bodies in England, was awarded to the Brunts Academy in March 2017. The process of accreditation involves assessment against a detailed framework covering all aspects of the responsibilities of school governance. The Brunts LGB was judged to be fully compliant in all areas, together with several elements of the governing board's strategic leadership and support and challenge representing best practice.
The Evolve Trust are proud to have received the CPLD Quality Mark for The Brunts Academy, The Beech Academy and the Bramble Academy in July 2017. The CPLD Quality Mark is the country’s premium quality mark for guiding and accrediting the provision of outstanding Continuous Professional Learning and Development for all staff working in educational settings.
Career Mark, a careers education, information, advice and guidance (CEIAG) award validated by The Quality in Careers Standard Board (QiCS) awarded to the Brunts Academy. The 5 standards covered by this award are:

Guidance - Measures the effectiveness of an integrated programme of advice, guidance and support
Curriculum - Measures how effectively your curriculum supports the development of learners' knowledge, skills, understanding and attitudes
Information - Measures the accessibility, relevance, importance and effectiveness of information, the acquisition of skills to research and evaluate to be able to make well informed and realistic career decisions
