Strategic School Improvements

The Trust exists to support and assist schools to build upon their existing strengths and to help them achieve rapid educational transformation. We are a values driven organisation with a shared vision. We have developed a proven track record of school improvement and we provide strong professional support services, with an integrated business and finance function that maximises resources and ensures compliance and sustainability.

A comprehensive school improvement offer is available and this includes support with SIP/SEF writing, Due Diligence and Pupil Premium reviews with forensic evaluation and guidance for sustained improvement, achievement strategy support and Nationally accredited guidance on CPD. Each Academy has a range of bespoke and creative educational support services that are unique for its specific needs and requirements. This includes the deployment of Lead Practitioners on a weekly basis with a relentless focus on academy improvement, research fellowship programmes to enhance staff pedagogic repertoire and interactive data dashboard that allow leaders to identify areas for development. We also deliver highly effective programmes of bespoke CPD and professional learning to all of our teaching staff. Many of these pathways are accredited.

The impact of our school improvement strategy is felt from the outset with the aim of producing enhanced opportunities for students and staff. Additionally, we offer ‘back-office’ services, including human resources, finance, IT, estates management and procurement. This means that support is highly responsive and tailored to the needs of individual academies. It allows the Trust to access best value and provide more effective ways of supporting their schools.

Some of the ways in which we are addressing our priorities are listed below, with further information available by clicking the links, we also have a School Improvement brochure which you can view by clicking the button
