All volunteers and work experience individuals are required to undertake a Disclosure and Barring Service check (DBS) prior to starting these experiences.


The Evolve Trust firmly believes in the governments flagship apprenticeship programme as a way of recruiting and developing its future workforce and at the same time upskilling current employees. Apprenticeships are at the heart of the recruitment and workforce development strategy.

We are committed to fulfilling our statutory duty to employ an average of at least 2.3% of their staff as new apprenticeships starts over the period of 01 April 2017 to 31 March 2021.

We will be looking to developing apprenticeship opportunities across a wide range of business functions, including:

  • Business Administration
  • Catering and hospitality
  • Site Maintenance
  • Teaching Assistant
  • Digital
  • Childcare and education
  • Finance
  • School business manager

To ensure our apprentices get the’ best’ learning experience we will only work in partnership with the ‘best’ apprenticeship providers to ensure our apprentices achieve their qualification

All our apprentices will have a work place mentor in the workplace to support them with their journey.
